As promised earlier today, here is the Popsicle Stick Workout I saw a picture of on Pinterest. I liked the idea of being able to do a few workouts throughout the day. Just grab a Popsicle stick and do whatever it says.
Notice that I have green, red, and blue colored on the ends of the sticks.
Red = healthy eating
Green = exercises
Blue = stretches
I wanted my sticks to be diverse so that I could do lots of different healthy things throughout the day. The colored ends also help me know what I have already done. Let me show you...
I place the ones I have done color side up. See how easy it is to see what I've worked on already? I didn't want to have to have two cups like the link shows (one for the exercises and one for the ones you've done) because that takes up more room.
So grab some Popsicle Sticks, sharpie markers, a cup/jar and have fun exercising!
