We love ice cream around here. I mean buy-a-half-gallon-and-it's-gone-in-two-days kind of love. So we had to have something ice cream related for St. Patrick's day. Enter the Shamrock Shake.
All you need is ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring (whipped cream and sprinkles are optional).
We had them with our Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner. They were super tasty!
