Start off your 4th of July right with this patriotic breakfast. My kids loves waffles - who am I kidding? I love waffles!
Use your favorite waffle mix or recipe. After you have made the batter, divide it into two separate bowls. Dye one bowl of batter red and the other blue.
Pour one of the colors into the center of the waffle maker, then pour the other over the top of the first color. In the pictures above I poured red first and blue second.
Once the waffles are baked spread on some butter, pour some syrup, and top with some festive sprinkles. Isn't that a fork-full of yum?!
