Chocolate Cadbury Egg Cookies

Ah!  Cadbury Mini Eggs.  How I love thee!  My favorite way to eat them is to suck all of the coating off.  My husband likes to put them on top of Ritz crackers and pop them into his mouth together.  He is a big fan of the salty-sweet combo.  If there is any way I can incorporate those delightful little morsels into my food during Easter time, then I will do it.

Chocolate Cadbury Egg Cookies
Ingredients:
1 German chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 pkg. Cadbury mini eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until thoroughly combined (the dough should come away from the sides of the bowl).  Stir in Cadbury mini eggs.  Place heaping tablespoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet.  Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Allow to cool before devouring.

Make these cookies today!  Your kids will thank you.  You will thank yourself.

Happy Easter!

  1. oh you didn't! I do really good avoiding these every year, but I caved and bought a couple bags this year. It didn't take long before they were gone each time though
