Pie Month

Who says you have to wait for Thanksgiving to have pie?  In November I decided to try my hand at making different pies and cheesecakes throughout the month.  I brought my favorites to Thanksgiving dinner.

I have lots of different recipes on my pie & cheesecake board on Pinterest, but they were in no logical order.  I made a document I titled Pies A to Z that alphabetized all of the pies and included the links to the sites where I found the recipes.  It was SO helpful!

Here are a couple of pie recipes that I actually made:

• Lemon Sour Cream Pie

• Peach Pie
• Peanut Butter Pie
• Pecan Pie
• Root Beer Float Pie

They were all delicious.  My hubby and I agree that the Lemon Sour Cream was fabulous!  I am drooling just thinking about it.
