Pizza Snowmen

Most parents focus on what to make for breakfast Christmas morning.  Maybe you are planning to make Rudolph pancakes, Grinch ka-bobs, or waffle trees.  But what about meals for the rest of the day?  These little pizza snowmen are easy to make and absolutely delicious!  Your whole family will love them.

My best friend (Bestie) and I made these snowman pizzas with our kids for a little friend Christmas party.  They were a hit!

Here is our basic snowman shape.  I rolled out three small pieces of dough onto cornmeal.  This helps keep the dough from sticking to the pan.

Cover the dough with pizza sauce.

We let the kids spread sauce over their own snowman.

Cover with cheese.  Mmm!  Cheese!

Add olives for the eyes and a triangle-shaped piece of pepperoni for the nose.

The girls showing off their finished snowmen.

A little pizza masterpiece.

Into the oven they go.

All done!

You can see there was a lot of pizza for each child.  My kids ended up saving half of their snowman for lunch the next day.

Can she look any prouder?

They had fun biting off the heads of their snowmen (and so did I to be honest).

Personal-Pan Snowman Pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (you can make your own, but I buy mine pre-made)
Pizza Sauce
Cheese
Olives, cut in slices
Pepperoni, cut into triangles (for the nose)
Pineapple
Anything else that would be tasty on a pizza
Cornmeal

Directions:
Preheat your oven to the directions on your pizza dough package (usually around 400 degrees).  Sprinkle cornmeal on your work space.  Roll out three small balls of dough and flatten into a snowman shape as best you can.  Spread pizza sauce on your dough.  Cover with cheese.  Place your pepperoni nose and eyes.  Decorate your snowman with your favorite pizza toppings.  Put your snowmen on a lightly greased jellyroll pan.  Follow the pizza dough directions for bake time (about 15-20 min.).  Cool for a few minutes.  Enjoy!
